Alternate Players Policy (Training Players)
Coaches may invite additional players outside of the official roster to train with the team during the season. If a player demonstrates the ability to contribute at the team’s level but there is no available roster spot, the coach may designate that player as a Training Player.
The Training Player program operates under the following guidelines:
Training Player Fees: Costs associated with training players—including field rentals, coaching expenses, training gear, and indoor league fees—are determined by the Club Registrar.
Participation and Eligibility: Training players are permitted to:
Train regularly with the team
Participate in scrimmages and indoor sessions
Take part in tournaments and other events at the coach’s discretion
While training players may be rostered and eligible to be called up for games, participation in outdoor league matches is not guaranteed.
Roster Opportunities: If a roster spot becomes available, the coach may offer the training player a permanent position on the team, based on performance, commitment, and team needs.
